Strength training is vital to maintaining lean body mass, good posture, bone health, balance, muscle tone and will help to prevent injury.  Training the body with free weights enables you to learn safe movement patterns for daily living.  Safe techniques are taught in small classes allowing you to get the most from your workout and to achieve the results you want.

This weighted workout class is held at our bespoke studio in Blagdon Hill, Taunton which has plenty of space for free weights and movement.
