A luxurious weekly class by candlelight that will leave you feeling restored, positive and relaxed for whatever lies ahead in your week.

Restore & Relax is a weekly class focused on positive wellbeing. This unique class will help you make the most of some precious time to yourself. Release off tense muscles with Yoga based movements, gently engage and restore your core and pelvic floor and focus on deep relaxation.

Classes run in 5 weekly blocks on Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm. Any missed classes within the 5 week block can be exchanged for any other class on the Hannam Health program. Places will be limited- to register your interest for 2019 blocks, contact Kim at:
