The latest science based total body workout suitable for everyone, led by senior instructor and Exercise Physiologist Richard Hannam. Build cardiovascular fitness, improve strength, build lean muscle, tone and maximise calorie burn.
During the class, we will safely warm up, followed by 30 minutes of the most effective expertly designed workout. Finish with Yoga and Pilates based movements to support your mind and body. We’ll keep it enjoyable and inspiring mixing it up with kettlebells, spin bikes, boxing equipment and suspension training (TRX).
This class is for anyone looking for an expert, safe and efficient route as part of a leaner, fitter and healthier body.
